Everyone,
We had a great miracle this week, and it was one of the best spiritual experiences for me. One night while knocking we met this nice man named Morton. He learned about the church from, South Park. Personally he is agnostic, but was interested in learning more about what we beleive. He accepted a Mormons Bog at the end, and was excited to read from it. We left that apartment area because we thought that it might be a good time to change to contacting. About two blocks from the area we felt prompted to return. We went back, and knocked on the two more doors. The second door was a girl named Maria. She sometimes has a faith, but was unsure of it. We testified for her that God is there for us, and had a wonderful time talking with her. As we left I told Elder Adams that that was the reason we needed to return. As we walked away the Spirit was very strong, and both of us felt so happy inside.
Martin and Mike seem to be doing well. It was a harder week with them, but we they still seem positive. They didn't come to church on Sunday, so that was sad.
Aske Larsen asked if we could help them with a frezzer. Long story short nothing worked out, so they invited us to have some pancakes before we left. These are Dansk pandekage, so it was a little different than the ones back home. The toppings were syrup, ice cream, and chili sauce. It was a good expereince for me.
District meeting was great. It was on Mormons Bog, and using it in teaching and contacting. Our district presented several good ideas and thoughts on how to use it effectively. My favorite part was when we did a role play and all had to contact the same person. It gave me insights on how to be a little more open minded when I try to talk to someone.
The weather is getting warmer which is great. The days are getting brighter, and the birds are starting to sing more. The Atonement is for everyone and everything, and for that I am grateful.
