Fun sign in Elling

1 And it came to pass that he commanded the multitude that they should cease to pray, and also his disciples. And he commanded them that they should not cease to pray in their hearts.
Us with Hans Christian

Everyone,
This week had lots of fun adventures. Yesterday was Fathers Day here in Denmark. All of the primary children sang in Sacrament. Some of the testimonies were on famililies, and how children can help us so much.

The Blackhams are officially home in the US now. Everything seems so quite here. We purchased to old bikes to take to Hjørring. Hjørring is the biggest city in our area, so we need bikes now to get around. Jesper was able to help us find them. We spent some time fixing them, and they should fit our needs perfectly for now.

Tuesday came, and we had four lessons scheduled. A little two picture perfect for us. One ended up canceling that morning, but the other three worked out. During our finding time we had another lesson on the street, so that was a special blessing.

Crazy Car

We taught Michael about prophets this week. He still seems to have concerns that we need to address. Tage has been so helpful in teaching him. Our goal was to set an appointment for next week, instead of the usual two weeks. Elder Olson was a little pushy, but Michael said that we could come next week. That was a big blessing.

Jesper is amazing. We taught Frelsesplanen with emphasis on the Atonement. The lesson was wonderful. The spirit was so strong as we taught. This week he moved out of his girlfriends apartment, and should have his own soon. For now he is living with a friend. We were going to meet him on Friday, and teach him about prayer. He brought two friends with him who he had started to share the gospel with the night before. We taught a simplified Restoration lesson with them. One had earphones and really loud music during the lesson. After looking through the Restoration pamphlet and flipping through Mormons Bog they turned the music off and took the earphones out. The spirit really does influence those we teach.

There was a referral that we received from Sønderborg a while back. We finally got in contact with him. We did a "How to Begin Teaching" lesson with him. It went really well, and he has a fairly good idea about what our church believes and what Mormons Bog is about.

District Meeting was this week. The Blackhams have always driven us until now. We left our apartment at 9 and didn't arrive until 11:30. District meeting starts at 11, so we were really late. Thursdays are pretty much gone now becuase of all the traveling. It is still lots of fun.

I heard about Becca's farewell. I am so excited for her to start her mission.
